The holiday time is always an exciting time in our household. We started to celebrate a few weekends before Christmas. We bought and decorated our tree so it would be festive in our house for the PFC holiday party. We also went to see Santa at Thompson!
The next weekend we took Ava to see the Nutcracker at the new performing arts center in Las Vegas, The Smith Center. What a beautiful building! It is designed in an old Hollywood art deco style. It felt very historic even though it was brand new. The ballet was great and we felt very fortunate to spend this time with Ava as well as our good friends. Ava could barely take her eyes off the dancers! We may have created a beast!

On December 19th Braden's family arrived to celebrate Christmas with us! The week was packed full of baking cookies, doing projects, and going to see Christmas lights and decorations around Las Vegas. We loved spending time with our family!
