The Schrag Family is having a great summer! We are spending our days playing with our friends. We have been going to the YMCA to swim together and play at the park...when it's not too hot! We have also been checking out books at the library and going to story time.
Ava has still been busy riding her bike around the neighborhood. She is getting pretty fast. She can keep up with me for about 2 laps around our neighborhood before she tires out and needs to go inside. She also got new roller skates! She loves them, but still needs a lot of practice balancing before mommy and daddy are brave enough to let her go by herself!
Both kiddos are doing gymnastics on Wednesday mornings! Bryce was not so sure about gymnastics the first week and spent most of the time on Braden's shoulder sucking his thumb. The next week he was all about gymnastics and acted like a totally new kid! He knew Mommy wouldn't let him get away with sucking his thumb again! We can't wait for this week. His favorite part was jumping on the trampoline and hanging on the bar. Ava has been a star gymnast the past two weeks. The trampoline is her favorite part too!
Gigi and Poppy just visited us this summer. We went to the Springs Preserve for the first time. We had a lot of fun learning about the desert, looking at desert animals, and learning about water conservation. What a cool museum here in Las Vegas!
