Polar Express 2011

Polar Express 2011
We took our first trip to Williams, AZ to the Polar Express.  We went with the Games family and the Miller family.  We drove 4 hours and made it there on Sunday afternoon without getting stuck in the expected snowstorm.  It was cold and snowing, a perfect night for a train ride to the North Pole to see Santa.  Before we got on the train we had some important snow playing time!  We suited up for the cold and headed outside!
The whole kid crew!
And look…they are all looking at the camera!

The girls

The boys
Watch out…you never know when a snowball is going to hit!

As we waited for our trip to the Polar Express…Braden and Bryce checked out the trains.

And Mrs. Claus was available for pictures too!
They waited and waited…and finally watched in amazement as the Polar Express arrived at the train station.

All three families boarded the train…pajamas and all.

There were huge Snickerdoodle cookies and hot chocolate that Mrs. Claus made and….Santa brought us silver bells!

My favorite question of the night…after Santa hands Ava her bell…"Mommy, can you hear the bell?"

Our last adventure, we visited Santa's reindeer before we left.  We even got to feed them….they were very hungry.

The Polar Express was an amazing holiday experience!  We brought in the season in a magical way.  We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
Love, The Schrag Family
